Nervousness and a whole lot of confidence

Hello guys, I’m back after such a long, long, long, long, long break. I actually was busy and every single day I used to think that I would write an article and post it but I never got the time until today.

I’m so glad to be back and honestly, I’m not sure how many people read my blog but to those of you who do (even if you’re just that one person) then want to thank you with all my heart and soul. You’re the best and you deserve every bit of happiness there is in this world.

So as I’m writing this article, I’m listening to a sad Kpop songs. Not that I’m sad or anything. I just like to listen to them and feel sad…okay, that sounds a bit sadist but trust me, I only show my sadism when it comes to Kim Jongin. (LOL)

Anyway, I just came here to vent more than speak about my daily life. Think of this post as a status update of mine. So, the thing is, next Thursday I’m taking my IELTS exam and trust me, I’m filled with nervousness. Like I know that I will do well because I studied A LOT and I am a bit confident that I can ace it. Well, not ‘ace’ it but at least try and get a 7/7.5/8 band score (hopefully).

I just–it’s after such a long time that I’m taking an exam and all this preparation sometimes makes me feel that I won’t do good. So that’s one thing that’s stressing me out at the moment.

I also stopped taking new orders on Fiverr and just finishing those at hand so that I can focus more on preparing for the IELTS exam. I thought my parents would come but they aren’t. My sister’s going to be there for me and I’m pretty fine with that. I technically just need her to be there for me as a moral support even if my parents aren’t there.

You all might know what the IELTS exam is for, right? It’s for those who wish to study or work abroad so it basically just tests your English proficiency. Even though I’m a native speaker, I’m still anxious because trust me, it’s not easy.

There are four modules; listening, writing, reading and speaking and I’m mostly nervous about speaking and writing (even though I’m a writer xD).

I just pray that I do well and I hope you guys pray for me too because I will definitely need ALL your prayers.

Anyway, I have some sweet things to plan for when I get my IELTS results and I will be sure to let you guys know what my band score–no matter if I pass or fail because you guys have been there for me and with me for so long that I wish to share my life experiences with you all from now on.

Hey, my blog might not have many subscribers or followers but as long as SOMEONE reads it, I’m more than happy to let them know what I’m up to.

So yeah, I hope you all are doing well. So many things are going on, right? Did you hear about Texas? And the mutated/hybrid COVID-19? Dang, it’s like the world is going to end soon. There’s no doubt that it would end, Islamically speaking, but just saying.

I think that’s all for today. I might get back to you all soon or maybe after a week but let’s see. it depends on my mood and if my anxiety kicks in or not. I’m usually not that restless but this exam is making me feel so.
